We accept your returns only if the following requirements are met:
You got something you didn’t ask for such as a product mislabeled by color, category or design.
• Defects or Damage: When you open the product, the fabric is either torn, stained or damaged.
The product does not measure up to the quality promised by its listing or what was seen in a sample (sent if available).
Refunds are not allowed when the following conditions apply:
• Very minor color shifts depending on the light, how you take the photo or the screen used.
• The product comes back without the first packaging or has been used.
• A piece of fabric that has received the customer’s cutting, washing or stitching in some way.
• Certain items (size adjustments, dyeing or unique effects) are created just for the buyer.
3. Timeframe for Returns
If you are able to get a return, be sure to do the following.
• You report to us within 48 hours after receiving your order.
• You present proof of the trouble in the form of good quality pictures or video clips.
• We ask that the item be returned to us within 7 days after you get confirmation for return.
We will not accept return requests after the return period ends.
4. Return Process
If you’d like to return something, follow this process:
1. Email or reach us by WhatsApp with your order ID, your explanation for the return and supporting evidence.
2. The request is sent to our quality control team, who will review and answer in 1–2 working days.
3. When the order is approved, you should carefully re package the product and deliver it to the address given. At times, we arrange for your items to be picked up from your location instead.
4. Once you send back the item, it will be checked by us for quality. If our return policy is met, we will either replace the product or give you a refund.Note: The cost of return shipping must be borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item or damage).
5. Refund Policy
You will only receive a refund under these specific conditions:
• When the product is cleared by inspection after it is returned.
• If the product is not available in our store, we cannot fill your order.
• Should a prepaid order be canceled before sending.
Your refund will be made to the same payment method used initially within 7-10 business days after the return is approved.
Full refunds for Cash on Delivery orders are transferred to the customer’s bank account or UPI through our online payment gateway..
6. Order Cancellations
Orders have to be cancelled before our team starts the dispatch process in the warehouse.
• An order that has been packed and sent cannot be canceled.
If you need to cancel, please send your order ID to our support team as soon as possible.
If a prepaid order gets cancelled within the time given, the full refund is sent.
7. Exchange
There are times when we give an exchange instead of a refund, provided the exchange item is available. Exchanges must be made under the same conditions as returns.
8. Responsibility and Inspection
We thoroughly review every item before removing it from our warehouse for delivery, checking for faults, quantity, packaged condition and labels. However:
• The buyer must review the product as soon as it is delivered.
When in doubt, do refuse the parcel or film yourself opening what was delivered for proof.
We will not be liable if you later claim you had a problem with the product after it was used or changed in any way.
9. Dispute Resolution
Should there be any problem or dispute about a return or refund:
• We invite customers to communicate with us so we can find a proper solution.
The decision we make will be final when the investigation and inspection are done and the provided proof is examined.
